Content description
Over the past year, nine writers from the WELT∕BÜHNE network collaborated on a shared theatrical work. Through a wide variety of narrative styles and situations, the piece explores a global phenomenon: all over the world, a child can be heard crying – yet cannot be found. We encounter a variety of theories about the child’s whereabouts, observe how its cries reshape everyday life in different regions, learn the measures being taken to calm the situation, and see how theatre artists across the globe are addressing the problem.
Everything has changed, the people have changed, everyone can feel it.
