This production by Lithuanian artist and musician Lina Lapelytė from the renowned TR Warszawa Theatre is a musical and choreographed distillation of everyday occurrences. Through song, the outstanding ensemble recounts minor obstacles, private rituals, and the longing to recognise signs of hope in a complex world.
Lapelytė was awarded the Golden Lion at the Venice Biennale in 2019 for her opera installation »Sun&Sea« (in collaboration with Vaiva Grainytė and Rugilė Barzdžiukaitė). WELT/BÜHNE-contributor Birutė Kapustinskaitė is responsible for the dramaturgy and text of »Cosmic Home«.
